The application premises are located on the 11th and 12th floors of an existing multi-storey car park building at Tai Po Town Lot 18A and is zoned “Residential (Group A)” on Tai Po Outline Zoning Plan. We were commissioned to submit a Section 16 Planning Application for proposed place of entertainment use.

項目位於大埔地段第18A,於大埔分區計劃大綱圖上屬「住宅(甲類)」地帶。計劃擬議將該地段內的多層停車場的11及12層由現時的停車場改作娛樂場所用途。我們獲委託為該發展按《城市規劃條例》第16條提交規劃申請。
