The proposed redevelopment is located at a site zoned “Government, Institution or Community” (“GIC”), with maximum building height restriction of 4 storeys. The client is intended to redevelop the current site to make way for a proposed 8-storey composite building consist of church facilities and elderly home. We are commissioned to prepare a section 12A application to seek Town Planning Board’s approval for the proposed relaxation of building height restriction and EVA access on Greenbelt zone.

項目屬於「規劃用途:政府、機構或社區」地帶,並有建築物高度限制(四層)。客戶計劃重建該建築物,擬議將地段發展作長者住屋及教會用途,以及放寬建築物高度限制(由四層放寬至八層)。我們獲委託為該項目按《城市規劃條例》笫12A條提交規劃申請放寬建築物高度限制及允許緊急車輛通道進接「綠化地帶」。
