The application site is situated at the fringe of Sai Kung Old Town abutting Yi Chun Street. The applicant intended to seek own Planning Board‘s permission for developing a 2-storey building for ‘Eating Place’ and ‘Shop and Services’ uses. We were commissioned to prepare a section 16 planning application for the proposed development.
