Status: Approved with conditions by Town Planning Board in August 2014

The project site is zoned "Government, Institution or Community" use and was formerly occupied by Pioneer Memorial Church and former Hong Kong Sam Yuk Secondary School. KJL was commissioned by a religious body and its joint venture partner to undertake a feasibility study and statutory submissions. Our tasks included section 16 planning application for the proposed revision of building height restriction to facilitate its redevelopment into a new complex of church facilities, a residential care home for the elderly and a senior hostel. The Town Planning Board approved the application (No.A/H7/165) with conditions in August 2014.

KJL was subsequently commissioned to assist the religious institution and its JV developer to comply and discharge the approval conditions.

座落於「政府、機構或社區」地帶的雲地利道17A及B重建項目現為先導紀念堂及前香港三育中學校舍。項目計劃於原址重建作長者住屋、老人護理中心、教堂、及教會辦公室用途。我們獲委託為項目進行可行性研究及有關規劃申請。
