Status: Approved with conditions by Town Planning Board in Feb 2010

Stanley Plaza is partly zoned “Commercial (1)” and “Residential (Group A)3” on Stanley Outline Zoning Plan. To provide improvements to existing services to local residents and tourists, a s16 planning application was submitted to Town Planning Board for proposed commercial uses including eating place and shop and services at portions of 1/F to 4/F of the Plaza.

赤柱廣場於赤柱分區計劃大綱圖上屬「商業(1)」及「住宅(甲類)3」地帶。為了改善廣場現正的服務,我們獲委託為該項目按《城市規劃條例》第16條提交規劃申請。計劃擬議將廣場一樓至四樓用作商業發展。
