The application premises are located at Siu Sai Wan Shopping Centre, which is zoned “Residential (Group A)” under Chai Wan Outline Zoning Plan. We were commissioned to submit a section 16 planning application for proposed eating place, educational institution, and shop and services uses at the shopping centre.
