The University of Hong Kong's proposed residential institution is located at a site zoned "Government, Institution or Community" ("GIC") zone. Accordingly, KJL was commissioned to prepare and submit a section 16 planning application supporting the proposed student residences of the University of Hong Kong at Wong Chuk Hang. The Town Planning Board approved the application with conditions in April 2016.
