Status: Appoved by Town Planning Board in June 2015

KJL was the leading consultant to prepare section 16 planning application for a private house development and coordinate technical assessments to accompany the submission. The subject site falls within an "Unspecified Use" area on the approved Luk Wu and Keung Shan Development Permission Area Plan, where 'house' use requires planning permission from the Town Planning Board under section 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance. The Town Planning Board approved the two applications (No.A/DPA/I-LWKS/1 and A/DPA/I-LWKS/2) in June 2015. KJL was further engaged to apply for extending the validity of the planning permission for the two applications in June 2019 and June 2021.
