The project site is located in Mai Po, Yuen Long and is zoned “Residential (Group D)” on Mai Po and Fairview Park Outline Zoning Plan. We were commissioned to submit planning applications for the proposed residential development and minor relaxation of building height restriction from 6m to 6.6m.

項目位於元朗米埔，於米埔及錦綉花園分區計劃大綱圖上屬「住宅（丁類）」地帶。計劃擬議將地段發展作住宅用途及略為放寬建築物高度限制（由6米放寬至6.6米）。我們獲委託籌備項目的規劃申請。
