The application site is located at Shek Kong San Tsuen, Kam Tin North, Yuen Long and is within a “Residential (Group D)” zone under Kam Tin North Outline Zoning Plan. Were were commissioned to submit a planning application for proposed house development in replace of the existing temporary structures at the site.
