KJL was commissioned to provide strategic planning and urban design skills and principles in assisting the principal development consultant in preparing the conceptual development proposal for the proposed technology park that embodies the development of "Innotech", "Artificial Intelligence", "Fintech", and the "smart city" concept to facilitate and promote the incubation of young talent to the R&D of software and hardware prototypes all under one development site.
